Mike “Chuck” Norris is a retired United States Army Captain, business owner, Husband, Father, and resident of Palm Coast since 2006. With his strong desire to serve the citizens of Palm Coast. Mike is focused on attracting industries that can provide livable incomes for residents while maintaining the small-town feel that has made Palm Coast a desirable place to live.
